Tutorial using the Cowgirl scrap kit by Disturbed Scraps, and featuring the Cowgirl tube by Tony Tz.

Supplies Needed

Paint Shop Pro - I am  using X5, but any should do

The Cowgirl scrap kit by Disturbed Scraps, which can be purchased at Scraps and the City   HERE

The Cowgirl tube by Tony Tz, which is available for purchase at Tony Tz's shop   HERE

Any color or gradient and font of your choosing

Okay, let's begin. The first thing you will need to do, is to start a new image in Paint Shop Pro (PSP for short). To do this, look at the top left corner, and click on FILE>NEW> a pop up will open...set width and height to 600, make the background checked as transparent for this tag...we will not be using a background or a paper.

***(NOTE: there is a layers menu on the right side of your screen..if u do not see it then look up top and click VIEW>PALETTES>LAYERS and it will open up...u use this layer to bring things to the front..say for example u put a shoe on the tag but it went behind a bucket and u want it in front of the bucket...while holding the left click button on your mouse or touch pad down, you would slide the shoe to the layer the bucket is on..it would now be in the front...use this anytime u want to bring something to the forefront.)***

Now let's start building this tag from the bottom up. First, find and open the full-view of your Cowgirl tube. Reduce her size by 55% and place her on the center of the tag. Now find and open El# 8 the door and leave the size as is, and center it on the tag. Then slide the tube to the forefront.Next, find and open the El#25 horse and decrease by 20% and center it behind the tube, but in front of the doors. Now find and open El #146 the wanted poster and decrease it by 75% and place it at the top  on the left door.

Now find and open the El#53 the cactus and reduce it by 80% and place it on the bottom right, duplicate it, flip it horizontally and place it on the bottom left. Now find and open El #34 the bag of money and reduce it by 80% and place it on the left side behind the cactuses, and duplicate and place on the right side as well. Now find and open the El # 20 the Lucky word art and reduce it by 90% and place it between the tube's legs.

Now find and open the El #75 and reduce it by 90% and place on the bottom right to the left of the money. Next, find and open the El# 92 and reduce it by 85% the liquor jar and place it on the bottom left, to the right of the money bag. Now find and open the El # 84 and reduce it by 90% and place it on the right side above the money bag. Now find and open the El #61 the grass and place it on the bottom left above the money a bit...duplicate it 2 times, then flip it horizontally and duplicate it 2 times...repeat on the other side.

Now find and open the El#102 the key ring and reduce it by 90% and place it on the right underneath the star. Now find and open the El#99 light and reduce it by 90%. Place it on the top right the duplicate it, flip it horizontally and place it on the top left. Lastly find and open El# 40 sparkles and keep duplicating and moving the sparkles around the tag, until you are happy with how they look.

You did it! You now have finished this tag. You will need to add copy wright info to your tag, as it is the law. Finally, add a name in any font and color of your choosing.

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. If you did, please follow my blog and pass it along to others. If you make a tag using this tutorial, please send it to meat robynebutts@gmail.com, so I can place it on my blog.

Hugs and blessings,
Robyne
