Template 27, made by me, which you can download  HERE

Mask #45, created by me, which you can download  HERE

PSP - I am using X5, but any should do

**This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of basic functions in PSP. This tutorial is a creation of my own, and any similarities are purely coincidental. If you make something with one of my tuts or templates, please email it to me at robynebutts@gmail.com  and I will post it her on my blog!

Okay, let's begin! First, we need to open the template #27, and add papers to it. The papers should be on the template as follows: paper 9 on rasters 2, 4, 8, and c8, paper 10 on the word art and rasters 3, c3, 6, 9, and c9, paper 6 on rasters 5, 7, and c7.

Now, open the full-view of the Ramona tube, reduce her by 25%, and place centered on the bottom of the tag. Go back to the tube and open the close-up layer, reduce to fit the right side diamond...FH then reduce to fit and invert.

Now, let's create our mask layer! For this tag I used a mask that I created, mask #45. Open the mask, then create a new image 800x800 with a transparent back...flood fill new image with black. Now go to the top layers menu and click LAYERS>NEW MASK LAYER>FROM IMAGE. A new pop up window will open...click on the name of the mask...then merge group. Copy and paste to the tag. Reduce by 50%, and place on the top left...D and FH and place top right...D and FV and place on the bottom right...D and FH and place on the bottom left.

Open el 40, reduce by 75%, and place on bottom left, under tube's hands.

Open el 35, reduce 60%, place bottom right in front of the tube's left knee. .

Open el 13, reduce to fit the small right circle...D and FH and place over left circle.

Open el 31, reduce 30%, place center of tag.

Open el 32, reduce 85%, place bottom left, angled on books. .

Open el 28, reduce 60%, place on right, angled behind the tube.

Open el 21, reduce 20%, place across the bottom, under the tube.

Open el 17, reduce 70%, place top center of small circles.

Open el 29, reduce 75%, place right side, angled by composition book.

Open el 33, reduce 40%, place on top left in red rectangle..D and FH and place in right red rectangle.

Open el 18, reduce 85%, place top right corner, angled under pencil.

Open el 24, reduce 80%, place top left, angled under pencil.

Open el 34, reduce 85%, place centered right circle.

Open el 3, reduce 85%, place centered left circle.

Open el 6, reduce 80%, place right side under bow.

Open el 20, reduce 80%, place bottom right, on bear.

Open el 2, reduce 90%, place bottom right, behind shoes.

Open el 30, reduce 95%, place bottom left, behind phone.

Open el 10, reduce 80%, place bottom center.

Open el 22, reduce 70%, place on the left side.

Open el 7, leaving the size as is, place center behind lollipop...D and FH. D again and reduce 60%, and place it on top of the red rectangle on the right...D and DH...D and place on left red rectangle..D and FH. Repeat process for checkered squares.

Lastly, add 3D drop shadows on whatever elements you would like them on. I like these settings: 2V 1H 70 op, 4B. Make sure at this point that you add copyright info for the tube artist..you can also add info for the scrap maker if the tube maker's TOU allows. Make sure you check TOU's!

You did it! You have completed this tut! Now you can add personalization to your creation! I hope you enjoyed this tutorial; if you did, please follow my blog, and pass it on to others! Also, please email your creations with my tuts or templates, and I will happily display them here on my blog (robynebutts@gmail.com)!

Hugz and Blessings,
Robyne'
