Materials Needed

The Irish Wonderland scrap kit by Kizzed By Kelz, which can be purchased at PFD   HERE

The Julie tube by Di Halim, which can be purchased at PFD   HERE

Template - #132 by Elegant Inspirations, which can be downloaded on the blog   HERE

Mask -  #47 by Rissa, which can be downloaded on her FREEBIE blog   HERE

PSP - I am using X5, but any should do

***This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP***

Okay, let's begin. The first thing you want to do is open the template from Elegant Inspirations. Then, let's create our mask. Open whatever mask you choose to use; I have chosen a mask by Rissa. Okay, in Paint Shop Pro (PSP) click FILE>OPEN>and open the mask you have chosen, then start a new image FILE>NEW>700x700 and transparent needs to be checked. Open paper 14 and copy it to the new image. Now go to the top layers menu and click NEW MASK LAYER> from image...a pop up opens..click on the title of the mask you chose in the drop down menu. Now go back to the side layers menu and click on the square that has the layers combined...right click it then click merge..the merge group..and voila..you have a mask layer now! :)  Just copy and paste it to the tag, increase the size to fit the background of the tag. Then open el 58 and reduce it by 35% and place it on the top left on top of the mask....duplicate and flip it horizontally and place it on the top right.

***(NOTE: there is a layers menu on the right side of your screen..if u do not see it then look up top and click VIEW>PALETTES>LAYERS and it will open up...u use this layer to bring things to the front..say for example u put a shoe on the tag but it went behind a bucket and u want it in front of the bucket...while holding the left click button on your mouse or touch pad down, you would slide the shoe to the layer the bucket is on..it would now be in the front...use this anytime u want to bring something to the forefront.)***

The next thing we want to do is to start adding our elements to make this tag come to life!! First, we need to put our papers and filters to our template. The papers should be as follows: paper 13 on the black circle and black rectangle, paper 19 on the yellow squares, and the 4 smaller yellow inner circles, paper 15 on the light teal rectangle (reduce the size of the paper by 75%, so the print is smaller) and on outer teal circles, paper 25 (again reduce to make print smaller) on the center white circles, paper 14 on the inner teal circles and small white rectangle, paper 21 (again reduce the size to make print smaller) on the teal squares, paper 18 on the big light teal circle and the yellow rectangle and circles, paper 10 on the small squares. Now, add a filter to the areas where you placed paper 18...make the filter the lighter color in the tube's dress.

Next, find  and open the Julie tube...make sure you have her with the green dress, the hat, the white stockings, white fan, and white gloves...merge visible. Copy and paste her to the tag...reduce her size by 40% and center her at the bottom of the tag. Now go back to the tube and copy and paste it to the left square...leave the size as is, and move around until you are happy with what is showing...then invert it. Copy and paste again to the right side circle...flip it horizontally...invert. Make black and white, then add a green filter the lighter color of the tube's dress.

Next, find and open the el 131, and reduce it by 70%, and place it on the top right. Next, find and open the el 49, and leaving the size as is, place it on the bottom right. Next, find and open the el  2, and reduce it by 35%, and place it on the bottom left. Next, find and open the el 82, and reduce it by 80%, and place it at the bottom left. Next, find and open the el 29, and reduce it by 80%, and place it on the bottom right, in front of and to the left of the bush.

Next, find and open the el 3, and reduce it by 85%, and place it in the bush on the right. Next, find and open the el 37, and reduce it by 60%, and place it on the left side of the table. Next, find and open the el 61, and reduce it by 75%, and place it on the top left. Next, find and open the el 76, and reduce it by 80%, and place it on the bottom left, to the left of the tube. Next, find and open the el 32, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the table.

Next, find and open the el 22, and reduce it by 85%, and place it on the table. Next, find and open the el 97, and reduce it by 85%, and place it on the table. Next, find and open the el 80, and reduce it by 80%, and place it on the left side, as it is coming up from the bottle. Next, find and open the el 42, and reduce it by 95%, and place it on the table. Next, find and open the el 53, and reduce it by 95%, and place it in the right top green striped circle...duplicate it to make it darker.

Next, find and open the el 54, and reduce it by 94%, and place it angled over the clock, on the top left. Next, find and open the el 33, and reduce it by 90%, and place on the top right corner of the close up. Next, find and open the el 109, and place it on the top left. Next, find and open the el 121, and reduce it by 35%, and place it on the top right. Next, find and open el 118, and reduce it by 85%, and place it on the bottom right, to the left of the rabbit.

Next, find and open the el 7, and reduce it by 85%, and place it on the top left side. Next, find and open the el 89, and reduce it by 85%, and place it on the bottom left, to the left of the hat. Next, find and open the el 84, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the top right corner, at an angle. Next, find and open the el 13, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the top right, on the lollipop.

Next find and open the el 5, and reduce it by 40%, and place it centered at the bottom , behind the tube. Next find and open the el 59, and reduce it by 85%, and place it on the bottom left. Next find and open the el 34, and reduce it by 90%, and place on the bottom left, in front of the mushrooms...duplicate it and reduce this one 5% more, and place to the right of the bigger one. Next, find and open the el 117, and reduce it by 98%, and place it on the top left.

Next, find and open el 100 and place it on the bottom right, to the left, and behind the rabbit. Next, find and open the el 86, and reduce it by 95%, and place it on the top right. Next, find and open the el 93, and reduce it by 95%, and place it on the bottom right, angled to the left of the cat. Next, find and open the el 120, and reduce it by 80%, and place it on the slim black strip on the left...duplicate and flip it horizontally and place it on the right side strip.

Lastly, add 3D drop shadows wherever you would like them to be....I like these settings: 2V 1H 70 op, 4B. Make sure at this point that you add the copyright information (VERY IMPORTANT)!!

You did it! You now have finished this tag. Finally, add a name in any font and color of your choosing. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. If you did, please follow my blog and pass it along to others. If you make a tag using this tutorial, please send it to me at robynebutts@gmail.com, so I can place it on my blog.

Hugs and blessings,
Robyne
