PSP - I am using X5, but any should do
***This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP***
Okay, let's begin. The first thing you want to do is open the template from Elegant Inspirations. Then, let's create our mask. Open whatever mask you choose to use; I have chosen mask #221 by Wee Scot Lass Creations. Okay, in Paint Shop Pro (PSP) click FILE>OPEN>and open the mask you have chosen, then start a new image FILE>NEW>700x700 and transparent needs to be checked. Choose color or gradient on the right side layers menu; I chose a lavender and mint green gradient....flood fill the new blank image with the color or gradient..the flood fill is the paint bucket shape. Now go to the top layers menu and click NEW MASK LAYER> from image...a pop up opens..click on the title of the mask you chose in the drop down menu. Now go back to the side layers menu and click on the square that has the layers combined...right click it then click merge..the merge group..and voila..you have a mask layer now! :) Just copy and paste it to the tag, increasing the size and moving it around until you are happy with its position.
***(NOTE: there is a layers menu on the right side of your screen..if u do not see it then look up top and click VIEW>PALETTES>LAYERS and it will open up...u use this layer to bring things to the front..say for example u put a shoe on the tag but it went behind a bucket and u want it in front of the bucket...while holding the left click button on your mouse or touch pad down, you would slide the shoe to the layer the bucket is on..it would now be in the front...use this anytime u want to bring something to the forefront.)***
The next thing we want to do is to start adding our elements to make this tag come to life!! First, we need to put our papers on our template. The papers should be as follows: paper 17 on: sideways hearts, black dotted circles, black strips, black squares, grey squares, and black scalloped frames, paper 6 on: white circles, white circle 1, white squares, white heart lines, white strips, all white dotted lines, paper 9 on pink squares (dark), dk pink circles, pink dotted circle, and pink backgrounds, and paper 8 on all light pink circles.
Next, find and open the Amanda tube (you will want the purple shirt and dark skirt). Copy and paste it to the top layer of the tag; reduce her size by 40% and center her on the tag. Now go back and copy and paste the close up to the the right side square...reduce it by 60% and then duplicate it and flip it horizontally on the left..make sure they are on the layer behind the full-view tube. Now add a canvas simple texture to the close-ups with the following settings: smoothness 0, depth 0, ambiance 20, shininess 20, angle 315, intensity 50, and elevation 30.
Next, find and open the el 18 and reduce it by 75%, and place it angled on the top right (under the dark purple layer)...duplicate it and place this one to the left of the first one, and down a bit. Next, find and open the el 4 and reduce it by 95% and place it angled on the right dark purple bar. Next, find and open the el 19 and reduce it by 60%, and place it on the top left.
Next, find and open the el 67 and reduce it by 85%, and place it on the bottom right corner. Next, find and open the el 64 and reduce it by 90% and place it on the bottom right, to the left of the glass. Next, find and open the el 84 and reduce it by 98%, and place it centered on the candle. Next, find and open the el 72, and leaving the size as is, place it on the top right on top of the mask layer...duplicate it and flip it horizontally and place it on the top left.
Next, find and open the el 48 and reduce it by 60%, and then place it on the bottom left of the close-up...duplicate it and flip it horizontally and place on the bottom of the right close-up. Next, find and open the el 26 and reduce it by 95% and place one on each of the outside bottom corners of the close-ups, going in opposite directions. Next, find and open the el 13 and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the top right, on the bottom of the leaf stems.
Next, find and open the el 25, and leaving the size as is, and place it on the top left. Next, find and open the el 29 and reduce it by 95% and place it on the bottom right, on the bottom of the glass. Next, find and open the el 28 and reduce it by 70% and place it on the right purple box...duplicate it and flip it horizontally and place on the left side.
Next, find and open the el 63 and reduce it by 20% and place it across the bottom half of the tube. Next, find and open the el 51 and reduce it by 85%, and place it on the bottom left behind the tube. Next, find and open the el 47, reducing it by 85%, and place it to the right of the gift. Next, find and open the el 7 and reduce it by 80% and place across the top of the left closeup..duplicate it and flip it horizontally and place across the right one...make sure they are behind the tube layers.
Lastly, add 3D drop shadows wherever you would like them to be....I like these settings: 2V 1H 70 op, 4B. Make sure at this point that you add the copyright information (VERY IMPORTANT)!!
You did it! You now have finished this tag. Finally, add a name in any font and color of your choosing. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. Next, find and open the Jane tube. Copy and paste it to the top layer of the tag; reduce her size by 60% and center her on the tag. Now go back to the original and erase all from the chest down; copy and paste it to the tag on the right side of the full-view and reduce it by 60%...duplicate it and flip it horizontally, and place on the left side. Erase any extra.
Next, find and open the el gold glitter, and leaving the size as it is, place it in the top right corner, on top of the mask layer...duplicate it and flip it horizontally and vertically, and place it in the bottom left corner. Next, find and open the el pink glitter, and leaving the size as is, place it in the top left corner, on top of the mask layer...duplicate it and flip it horizontally and vertically, and place it in the bottom right corner. Next, find and open the el wire and reduce it by 85%; place it on the left side on top of the black square...duplicate it and flip it vertically and horizontally, and place on the right side on top of the black square.
Next, find and open the el lipstick and reduce it by 40% and place it on the left side; duplicate it and flip it horizontally, and place it on the right side. Next, find and open the el screw and reduce it by 90%..place one on the top right corner of the black square, and on the bottom corner of the left black square. Next, find and open the el lips and reduce it by 60%, and place it in the top left corner, in the leopard circle.
Next, find and open the el butterfly and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the top right...duplicate it and flip it horizontally on the bottom left. Next, find and open the el leopard flower and reduce it by 95%, and place on the outer corners of the close ups. Next, find and open the el gift box and reduce it by 50%. and place it in the bottom right corner. Next, find and open the el fashion bag and reduce it by 50% and place it on the bottom right, to the left of the gift box. Next, find and open the el bottles and reduce it by 60%, and place it on the bottom right, on the bottom of the gift box.
Next, find and open the el shopping bag and reduce it by 40%. and place it in the bottom left corner. Next, find and open the el princess puppy, and reduce it by 60%, and place it on the bottom left, to the right of the shopping bag. Next, find and open the el gold star and reduce it by 98%, and place on on each lipstick handle.
Next, find and open the el gloss streak and reduce it by 20%...place it in the top right corner...duplicate it and flip it vertically and horizontally and place it in the bottom left. Next, find and open the el ribbon rose and reduce it by 15%, and place it on the bottom left, to the right of the puppy...angle it. Next, find and open the sparkles and reduce it by 40% and place on the black squares, on top of the wire layer. Lastly, find and open the sparkles with pink stars, reduce the size by 50% and place it in the top left corner...duplicate and flip it horizontally, and place in the top left corner.
Lastly, add 3D drop shadows wherever you would like them to be....I like these settings: 2V 1H 70 op, 4B. Make sure at this point that you add the copyright information (VERY IMPORTANT)!!

Next, find and open the Nina tube, and copy and paste her to the tag; reduce her size by 20% and center at the bottom of the tag. o back to the original and erase from the chest down..copy and paste it to the tag and reduce it by 40%, place it on the left side on the layer behind the gold circle layer...duplicate it and flip it horizontally and place it on the right side. Erase and extras, and then add a brick texture to both close ups.
Next, find and open the el heart splatter and increase the size by 15% and center it on top of the mask layer. Next, find and open the el blanky 2 and reduce it by 35% and place it on the right side bottom, making sure it is on the layer behind the closeup. Next, find and open the el champagne flutes and reduce it by 45% and place them in the bottom right corner, on top of the blanky. Next, find and open the el kitten and reduce it by 30%, and place it on the bottom right on the blanky.
Next, find and open the el bow 2 and reduce it by 85% and place it on the top right, angled. Next, find and open the el heart jewel (cream one) and reduce it by 90%, and center it angled on the bow. Next, find and open the el wine bottle and reduce it by 25%, and place it in the bottom left corner. Next, find and open el candy box 2 and reduce it by 35% and place it on the bottom left, to the right of the wine bottle.
Next, find and open the el heart locket necklace and reduce it by 40% and place it on the bottom right, turn it where the heart is at the bottom. Next, find and open the el heart teddy and reduce it by 65% and place it on the bottom left, underneath the candy box. Next, find and open the el valentine's balloons and reduce it by 65%, and place it angled in the top left corner.
Next, find and open the el lingerie set 2 and reduce it by 80% and place it angled, in the bottom right corner, on top of the blanky. Next, find and open the el word art 1 and reduce it by 85% and place in the bottom center, on top of the tube. Next, find and open the el rose red and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the bottom left, angled beside the candy. Lastly, find and open the el paper butterfly 2 and reduce it by 90%; place it top center.

The papers should be as follows: paper 3 on the green circles 1, 2, and 3 and on the 3 green diamonds, paper 5 on the blue circles 1, 2, and 3, and the 3 blue diamonds, paper 10 on the brown circles 1, 2, and, 3, the 3 brown diamonds, the 3 brown outlines, brown outline 1, 2, and 3, and 4, paper 2 on the cream circles 1, 2, and 3, the 3 cream diamonds, and the small brown circles.
Next, find and open the Harmony poser tube full view #2. Copy and paste her to the top layer of the tag; reduce her size by 40% and center her on the tag. Next, go back and copy and paste the portrait version of the poser tube...reduce her size by 70% and place her in the left diamond...duplicate and flip it horizontally and place her in the right diamond. Erase any extra.
Next, find and open the el 78 and reduce it by 70% and place one on the sides of the close ups. Next, find and open the el 40 and reduce it by 60%...copy and paste to the center of the buttons. next, find and open the el 6 and increase by 15% and place on top of the mask layer...arrange and re-size to your liking. Next, find and open the el 21 and reduce it by 85%..place angled at the bottom of the left side button...duplicate it and flip it horizontally and place at the bottom of the right button.
Next, find and open the el 43 and leaving the size as is, place it on the left behind the circle..duplicate and flip horizontally and place on the other side. Next, find and open the el 85 and reduce it by 90%; place it angled in the center of the bow on the top left...duplicate it and flip it horizontally and center on the top right bow. Next, find and open the el 16 and leaving the size as is, place it on the bottom left. next, find and open el 77 and reduce it by 85% and place it on the bottom right.
Next, find and open the el 70 and reduce it by 85% and place to the left of the clock, making sure it is behind the clock. Next, find and open the el 64 and reduce it by 95% and place to the right of the clock, making sure it is in the forefront. Next, find and open the el 66 and reduce it by 95% and place it angle at the top of the pillow...duplicate it 4 times to make it darker. Next, find and open the el 12 and reduce it by 90% and place it angled in the top left corner.
Next, find and open the el 11 and reduce it by 90%...place it behind the smaller circle layers...duplicate it and flip it horizontally and place on the right side. Next, find and open the el 27 and reduce it by 85% and place it angled top right. Next, find and open the el 26 and reduce it by 90% and place it to the left of the pillow.
Next, find and open the el 8 and leaving the size as is, place it on the top right, behind the tube layers...duplicate it and flip it horizontally and place on the left. Next, find and open the el 83 and leaving the size as is, place it on the top right, on top of the glitter layer and mask. Duplicate it and flip it horizontally and place it in the top left. Duplicate it again and place on the bottom left...duplicate again and place center bottom. Duplicate one more time and place bottom right. Add beautiful Harmony word art in any font and color(s) you like.
Lastly, add 3D drop shadows wherever you would like them to be....I like these settings: 2V 1H 70 op, 4B. Make sure at this point that you add the copyright information (VERY IMPORTANT)!!

Okay, in Paint Shop Pro (PSP) click FILE>OPEN>and open the mask you have chosen, then start a new image FILE>NEW>700x700 and transparent needs to be checked. Choose color or gradient on the right side layers menu; I made this a 2 layer mask..for the 1st layer, I chose a multi red gradient and for the 2nd layer, I chose a black and white gradient....flood fill the new blank image with the color or gradient..the flood fill is the paint bucket shape. Now go to the top layers menu and click NEW MASK LAYER> from image...a pop up opens..click on the title of the mask you chose in the drop down menu. Now go back to the side layers menu and click on the square that has the layers combined...right click it then click merge..the merge group..and voila..you have a mask layer now! :) Just copy and paste it to the tag, increasing the size and moving it around until you are happy with its position...repeat for 2nd layer.

Next, find and open the Delilah poser tube by Designs by Norella and copy and paste the full-view tube onto the top layer of the tag...reduce her size by 45%, and place her on the left side of the tag. Next, go back to the original tube, and erase all from mid arm down and reduce it by 70%...copy and paste it onto the middle circle of the tag...flip it horizontally. Arrange it where you like and erase any extra.
Next, find and open the el JDD satin bows red and copy and paste it to the tag...reduce it by 70% and place it at the bottom of the close up. Next, find and open the el glitter hearts and copy and paste it to the tag...reduce it by 70% and place it at the top right of the tag...duplicate and flip it horizontally and place on the top left...duplicate again and flip it vertically and place on the bottom left...duplicate one more time flipping it horizontally and place it on the bottom right...make sure they are all behind the close up layer.
Next, find and open the el red rose sample and copy and paste it to the tag...reduce it by 95% and place it on the left side. Duplicate it and flip it horizontally and place it on the right side. Next, find and open the el wine roses and copy and paste it to the tag...reduce it by 80% and place on the bottom right...flip it horizontally. Next, find and open the el valentines 1 rose and copy and paste it to the tag...reduce it by 90%, flip it horizontally and place it on the bottom right, behind the bow layer.
Next, find and open the el valentines flowing red ribbon and copy and paste it to the tag...reduce it by 65% and place it on the right side...duplicate it and flip it horizontally and place it on the left side. Next, find and open the el cupcake and reduce it by 90% and copy and paste it to the tag on the bottom right, to the left of the wine roses. Next, find and open the el love and reduce it by 90%, and then copy and paste it onto the tag, below the center bow, making sure it is on the layer above the bow. Lastly, find and open the el roses 2 and reduce it by 90%, and copy and paste it to the tag on the bottom right, to the left of the cupcake.
Lastly, add 3D drop shadows wherever you would like them to be....I like these settings: 2V 1H 70 op, 4B. Make sure at this point that you add the copyright information (VERY IMPORTANT)!!

CT PTU Tut for the Endless Love scrap kit by KizzedbyKelz, and featuring the Veronica tube by VeryMany.
Materials Needed
The Endless Love scrap kit by KizzedbyKelz, which can be purchased at Pics for Design HERE
The Veronica tube by VeryMany, which can be purchased at VeryMany Tubes HERE
Template - Valentine temp 2- Dedicated, by Dangerously delicious Designz, which can be downloaded on the blog HERE
Mask #299 by Weescotlass, which can be downloaded HERE
PSP - I am using X5, but any should do
***This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP***
Okay, let's begin. The first thing you want to do is open the template from Dangerously Delicious Designs. Then, let's create our mask. Open whatever mask you choose to use; I have chosen mask #299 by Weescotlass. Okay, in Paint Shop Pro (PSP) click FILE>OPEN>and open the mask you have chosen, then start a new image FILE>NEW>700x700 and transparent needs to be checked. Choose color or gradient on the right side layers menu; I chose a black and white gradient....flood fill the new blank image with the color or gradient..the flood fill is the paint bucket shape. Now go to the top layers menu and click NEW MASK LAYER> from image...a pop up opens..click on the title of the mask you chose in the drop down menu. Now go back to the side layers menu and click on the square that has the layers combined...right click it then click merge..the merge group..and voila..you have a mask layer now! :) Just copy and paste it to the tag, increasing the size and moving it around until you are happy with its position.
***(NOTE: there is a layers menu on the right side of your screen..if u do not see it then look up top and click VIEW>PALETTES>LAYERS and it will open up...u use this layer to bring things to the front..say for example u put a shoe on the tag but it went behind a bucket and u want it in front of the bucket...while holding the left click button on your mouse or touch pad down, you would slide the shoe to the layer the bucket is on..it would now be in the front...use this anytime u want to bring something to the forefront.)***
The next thing we want to do is to start adding our elements to make this tag come to life!! First, we need to put our papers on our template. The papers should be as follows: paper 10 on the top and bottom dark pink squares, paper 18 on the left and right tan circles and the dark pink rectangle, paper 12 on the brown rectangle, paper 6 on the top and bottom pink circles, paper 16 on the right and left creme strips..flip the left one vertically, and paper 17 on the gold rectangle, the creme rectangle, and the pink heart.
Next, find and open the Veronica tube by VeryMany and copy and paste the full-view tube onto the top layer of the tag...reduce her size by 45%..flip her horizontally, and center her at the bottom of the tag. Next, go back to the original tube and hide the full-view and make the close up visible...copy and paste it to the top layer of the tag and place it over the silver rectangle on the right and reduce it by 70%..fit to area and cut off an excess.
Next, find and open the el 39 the black and diamond bow and reduce it by 70% and place it on the top right corner of the silver rectangle. Next, find and open the el 60 the "I Love You" word art and reduce it by 70%...center it on the tag between the tubes...duplicate it 7 times to make it darker. Next, find and open the el 112 the parasol and reduce it by 60%...place it angled on the top left, with it only being behind the silver heart layer. Next, find and open the el 6 the black and diamond connecting hearts, and reduce it by 80%...place it centered on the parasol.
Next, find and open the el 28 the red butterflies bunch and reduce it by 80%...place them centered behind the word art. Next, find and open the el 19 the drink and reduce it by 80%...place it on the bottom left, behind the tube. Next, find and open the el 110 gold bow and reduce it by 95% and place it on the glass handle. Next, find and open the el 12 hanging charms and reduce it by 70%...place it on the left side, on the layer atop the gold circle.
Next, find and open the el 63 the white and gold flower and reduce it by 80%...place it on the right bottom corner of the silver rectangle...make sure it is on the layer atop the close up tube. Next, find and open the el 41 the black and white flower and reduce it by 90%...place it on the left side where the heart and the circle connect. Next, find and open the el 90 the love letter and reduce it by 95% and place it on the bottom left, behind the tube. Next, find and open the el 51 the mask and reduce it by 96% and place it atop the love letter at an angle. Finally, find and open the el 69 bubbles and hearts and leaving the size as is, place it on the right side, on the layer above the gold circle and creme stripe.
Lastly, add 3D drop shadows wherever you would like them to be. Make sure at this point that you add the copyright information (VERY IMPORTANT)!!
