Materials Needed
The Merry Umbrella tube by Trinita, which can be purchased at PFD HERE
The Tart N Tangy kit by Kizzed By Kelz, which can be purchased at PFD HERE
Mask 248 by Wee Scotts Lass, which can be downloaded on her blog HERE
PSP - I am using X5, but any should do
***This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP***
Okay, let's begin. The first thing you want to do is to create our mask. Open whatever mask you choose to use; I have chosen a mask by WSL. Okay, in Paint Shop Pro (PSP) click FILE>OPEN>and open the mask you have chosen, then start a new image FILE>NEW>700x700 and transparent needs to be checked. I have chosen to use a paper for this mask...so open paper 30, and copy and paste it to the new image. Now go to the top layers menu and click NEW MASK LAYER> from image...a pop up opens..click on the title of the mask you chose in the drop down menu. Now go back to the side layers menu and click on the square that has the layers combined...right click it then click merge..the merge group..and voila..you have a mask layer now! :) Just copy and paste it to the tag, and center it.
***(NOTE: there is a layers menu on the right side of your screen..if u do not see it then look up top and click VIEW>PALETTES>LAYERS and it will open up...u use this layer to bring things to the front..say for example u put a shoe on the tag but it went behind a bucket and u want it in front of the bucket...while holding the left click button on your mouse or touch pad down, you would slide the shoe to the layer the bucket is on..it would now be in the front...use this anytime u want to bring something to the forefront.)***
Okay, let's get started! First find and open el 66, the frame, and copy it to the new tag...center it. Next, find and open your Merry Umbrella tube (the following layers: hair red with red tips, watermelon umbrella, ice cream, red jacket, lime sweater, red belt, and green jeans).Copy and paste her on top of the frame; reduce her by 40%, and erase legs that go over the bottom of the frame.
Next, find and open the el 48, and reduce it by 60%, and place it on the bottom left of the frame...D and FH and place on the bottom right. Next, find and open the el 35, and reduce it by 65%, and place it on the bottom left. Next, find and open the el 10, and leaving the size as is, and place it on the top left...erase any outside the frame. Next, find and open the el 74, and reduce it by 70%, and place in the bottom left corner...D, FH, and place on the right.
Next, find and open the el 47, and reduce it by 65%, and place it angled on the right side, behind the leaf. Next, find and open the el 81, and reduce it by 35%, and place it centered at the bottom. Next, find and open the el 84, and reduce it by 40%, and place it on the top left, hanging from the bow. Next, find and open the el 78, and reduce it by 60%...FV,and place it on the top right of the frame. Next, find and open el 4, and reduce it by 80%, and place it on the top left, on top of the charm and bow.
Next, find and open the el 13, and reduce it by 70%, and place it centered at the bottom. Next, find and open the el 14, and reduce it by 60%, and place it on the bottom left, next to the jar of cherries. Next, find and open the el 59, and reduce it by 40%, and place it on the bottom right. Next, find and open el 42, and reduce it by 75%, and place it on the left side. Next, find and open el 39, and reduce it by 80%, and place it angled on the bottom left.
Next, find and open the el 38, and reduce it by 80%, and place it in the bottom right corner of the watering can. Next, find and open the el 61, and reduce it by 60%, and place it on the top right on the mask..D and FH and place on the top left. Next, find and open the el 22, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the right, angled on the watering can.
Next, find and open els 22, 104, 118, 80, 4, and 74, and place them sporadically on the bottom of the tag. You can size them and place them wherever you think they look good. Next, find and open el 103, and reduce it by 95%, and place it at the bottom center, by the butterfly. Next, find and open el 134, and leaving the size as is, and place it on the left, on the mask...D and FH and place on the right.
Lastly, add 3D drop shadows wherever you would like them to be....I like these settings: 2V 1H 70 op, 4B. Make sure at this point that you add the copyright information (VERY IMPORTANT)!!
You did it! You now have finished this tag. Finally, add a name in any font and color of your choosing. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. Preview of the oh-so hot Sexy Army tube by The Hunter!

Materials Needed

Template # 21 made by me, which you can download HERE

Okay, let's begin. The first thing you want to do is open the template #21 that was made by me. Then, let's create our mask. Open whatever mask you choose to use; I have chosen a mask by WSL. Okay, in Paint Shop Pro (PSP) click FILE>OPEN>and open the mask you have chosen, then start a new image FILE>NEW>700x700 and transparent needs to be checked. I chose to use a paper for the mask, so copy and paste paper 8 to the new image. Now go to the top layers menu and click NEW MASK LAYER> from image...a pop up opens...click on the title of the mask you chose in the drop down menu. Now go back to the side layers menu and click on the square that has the layers combined...right click it then click merge..the merge group..and voila..you have a mask layer now! :) Just copy and paste it to the tag, reduce the size by 50%, and place on the top left...duplicate and move down...keep duplicating and moving around until all areas you wish to have a mask in are covered.

The next thing we want to do is to start adding our elements to make this tag come to life!! First, we need to put our papers to our template. The papers should be as follows: paper 8 on rasters 3 and 6, paper 7 on raster 7, paper 3 on rasters 2 and 5, paper 1 on raster 4, and paper 6 on raster 8.
Next, find and open the full-view of the Sexy Army tube. Copy and paste her to the tag; reduce her by 15% and place her at the bottom, slightly to the right. Now go back and open the close up view....copy and paste it to the left top stamp shape...reduce to fit and then invert and add a screen blend mode.
Next, find and open the el 28, and leaving the size as is, FV and FH and place in the left circle; erase all that is on the right side. Next, find and open the el 49, and leaving the size as is, place it on the bottom right. Next, find and open the el 46, and reduce it by 25%...FH, and place it on the bottom right, in front of the barrel. Next, find and open el 22, and reduce it by 35%, and place it in the top circle, behind the tube.
Next, find and open the el 4, and reduce it by 35%, and place it vertically on the right side rectangle. Next, find and open the el 5, and leaving the size as is, place it across the bottom rectangle. Next, find and open the el 58, and reduce it by 40%, and place it angled on the right, against the barrel. Next, find and open the el 60, and reduce it by 45%, and place it on the bottom left.
Next, find and open the el 17, and reduce to fit over the bottom right circle. Next, find and open the el 44, and reduce it by 65%, and place it on the bottom left, behind the boots. Next, find and open the el 19, and reduce it by 85%, and place on the top right rectangle. Next, find and open the el 18, and reduce it by 30%, and place it on the bottom left, behind the boots.
Next, find and open the el 55, and reduce it by 25%, and place it on the left, below the close up. Next, find and open the el 23, and reduce it by 60%, and place it angled on the right side. Next, find and open the el 59, and reduce it by 70%, and place it on the bottom, to the right of the boots. Next, find and open the el 41, and reduce it by 80%, and place it on the right side, above the barrel.
Next, find and open el 31, and reduce it by 35%, and place it on the top left, tot he left of the tube's head. Next, find and open el 45, and reduce it by 30%, and place it on the left bottom, to the right of the boots. Next, find and open el 13, and reduce it by 80%, and place it across the bottom rectangle. Next, find and open el 26, and reduce it by 70%, and place it on the left side, to the right of the drum.
Lastly, add 3D drop shadows wherever you would like them to be....I like these settings: 2V 1H 70 op, 4B. Make sure at this point that you add the copyright information (VERY IMPORTANT)!!

Okay, let's begin. The first thing you want to do is to create our mask. Open whatever mask you choose to use; I have chosen a mask by WSL. Find and open the Rock Your Summer tube purple layer...merge all visible layers. Now copy and paste her to the tag, reduce her by 30%, and center her at the bottom, on the sand.
Next, find and open the el 60, and reduce it by 70%, and place it on the right side, under the sand layers. Next, find and open the el 37, and reduce it by 40%, and place it on the left side, behind the tube. Next, find and open the el 74, and reduce it by 40%, and place it on the left side, behind the picnic table. Next, find and open the el 27, and reduce it by 50%, and place it on the right side, by the dock.
Next, find and open the el 25, and reduce it by 75%, and place it on the right side, in front of el 27. Next, find and open the el 62, and reduce it by 35%, and place it on the left side, behind the table. Next, find and open the el 20, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the table. Next, find and open the el 24, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the left side, in the water. Next, find and open el 36, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the left side, on the bench.
Next, find and open the el 40, and reduce it by 70%, and place it on the right side, against the dock. Next, find and open the el 41, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the right side, at the end of el 40. Next, find and open the el 47, and reduce it by 80%, and place it on the left side, on the sand. Next, find and open el 29, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the left, on the bench. Next, find and open el 67, and reduce it by 80%, and place it on the right side, behind the green plant.
Next, find and open the el 28, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the right side, by the plants. Next, find and open the el 31, and reduce it by 95%, and place it on the right side, on the rocks..D and move over. Next, find and open the el 33, and reduce it by 95%, and place it on the right side, against the rocks. Next, find and open el 46, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the left, on the table. Next, find and open el 53, and reduce it by 60%, and place it on the left side, by the other plants.
Next, find and open el 51, and reduce it by 70%, and place it on the left, going from the bench to the bag. Next, find and open el 58, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the left, in the sky. Next, find and open el 55, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the left, on top of the umbrella. Next, find and open el 3, and reduce it by 80%, and place it on the right side, by the ball. Next, find and open el 10, and reduce it by 95%, and place it on the left, by the bag.
Next, find and open el 61, and reduce it by 90%, and place it in the sky on the right. Next, find and open el 32, and reduce it by 60%, and place it on the right, at the end of the dock. Next, find and open el 63, and reduce it by 95%,and place it on the left, at the bottom of the bench leg. Next, find and open el 82, and reduce it by 98%, and place it on the left on the table. Next, find and open el 83, and reduce it by 98%, and place it on the table by el 82.
Next, find and open el 16, and reduce it by 95%, and place it on the right side, by the purple flowers...D.Next, find and open el 64, and reduce it by 50%, and place it on the right side, on the tall grass. Next, find and open el 78, and reduce it by 98%, and place it on the sand on the right..D and FH and place in the sand on the left. Next, find and open el 44, and reduce it by 98%, and place it in the sand on the right side...D and FH and place in the sand on the left.
