Sand Beach by Bella's Designs- CT Tag, Tut, & FREEBIE cluster frame

Tutorial using the Sand Beach kit by Bella's Designs

Supplies Needed

Paint Shop Pro - I am using X5, but any should do

The Sand Beach tagger kit by Bella's Designs, which can be purchased at Mystical Scraps HERE

Any color or gradient and font of your choosing

Okay, let's begin. The first thing you will need to do, is to start a new image in Paint Shop Pro (PSP for short). To do this, look at the top left corner, and click on FILE>NEW> a pop up will open...set width and height to 600, make background white, and make sure the transparent box is not checked. Click okay, and you now have a blank size base for your tag, already sized and ready to go.

***(NOTE: there is a layers menu on the right side of your screen..if u do not see it then look up top and click VIEW>PALETTES>LAYERS and it will open up...u use this layer to bring things to the front..say for example u put a shoe on the tag but it went behind a bucket and u want it in front of the bucket...while holding the left click button on your mouse or touch pad down, you would slide the shoe to the layer the bucket is on..it would now be in the front...use this anytime u want to bring something to the forefront.)***

Find paper #2 and open it, then click on the pick tool on the tool menu on the left (it looks like an arrow)..a white dotted line will surround the paper, now click EDIT>COPY> find the image 1 tab at the top and click on it...you will do this every time to paste new items as you want to keep building on Image 1 (this is your tag), now click EDIT>PASTE AS NEW LAYER. Decrease the size to fit.

Now, let's add some other items to start adding depth and dimension to our tag! Now find the EL#42 girl in the sand castle, and open her , leave her size as is, and center her on the bottom of the tag. Now click FILE>OPEN> find the El#25 white kitty and open it, decrease the size by about 80% and place on the right side of the poser. Now click FILE>OPEN> find the El#37 clouds and open it, reduce the size by 80% and place one at the top left...duplicate and flip it horizontally and place on top right. Now click FILE>OPEN> find the El# 38 water and increase the size by 20% and place at the bottom, behind the girl..duplicate and flip several times.

Okay now click FILE>OPEN> find the EL #15 tiki bar and open it, reduce the size by 55% and place it centered towards the top back of the tag. Now Click FILE>OPEN>find the El#18 and open it...reduce it by 90 and place the sign on the bottom of the tiki bar. Now click FILE>OPEN> find the El#21 and open it....reduce size by 80% and place one on each side of the tiki bar.

Okay now click FILE>OPEN> find the EL# 28 palm tree and open it, and decrease size by 55% and place on the left side...use the side layers menu and slide to the forefront...now duplicate and flip it horizontally and place on the right side of the tag. Now Click FILE>OPEN>find the El#45 pink flowers and open it...reduce the size by 60% and place it on the bottom left and then duplicate and flip it horizontally and place on bottom right....repeat this process with El#46 white flowers. Now find EL#39 the sand and open it, increase the size by 25%, and place it on the bottom front of the tag..keep duplicating and flipping until you are satisfied with how it looks.

Okay now click FILE>OPEN> find the El#23 and open it, decrease the width by 35%, and place it across the top of the tag...use the side layers menu and slide the clouds back to the forefront. Now Click FILE>OPEN>find the EL#12 the white lights and open it, reduce the size by 15% and place one behind each tiki pole, on both sides of the tiki bar..use the side layers menu and slide the tiki poles to the forefront. Now find the EL#32 drink and open it, and reduce the size by 95% and place it on the left side of the bar...duplicate and flip it horizontally and place on the right side of the tiki bar.

Now find EL # 47 the bird, and open it.....reduce its size by 90%, and place on the left side of the bar...duplicate and flip it horizontally and place on the right side of the bar. now find El#34 the crab and open it, reduce the size by 25% and place on the bottom left side of the sand castle. Now find El# 61 drink and open it, reduce the size by 85% and place on the right side of the cat. Now find El# 54 and reduce it by 75% and place on the top of the roof of the tiki bar.

You did it! You now have finished this tag. You will need to add copy wright info to your tag, as it is the law. Finally, add a name in any font and color of your choosing.
