Tutorial using the Hear me Rawr!...meow scrap kit by Horseplay's Pasture Designs, and featuring the Springtime tube by Alex_Prihodko!

Supplies Needed

Paint Shop Pro - I am using X5, but any should do!

The Hear me Rawr!...meow scrap kit by Horseplay's Pasture Designs, which can be purchased at Scraps from the Heart HERE

The Springtime tube by Alex_Prihodko, which can be purchased at Pics for Design HERE

Template #305 by Millie's PSP Madness

Any color or gradient and font of your choosing

Okay, let's begin. The first thing you will need to do, is to open the Template # 305 by Millie's PSP Madness.

***(NOTE: there is a layers menu on the right side of your screen..if u do not see it then look up top and click VIEW>PALETTES>LAYERS and it will open up...u use this layer to bring things to the front..say for example u put a shoe on the tag but it went behind a bucket and u want it in front of the bucket...while holding the left click button on your mouse or touch pad down, you would slide the shoe to the layer the bucket is on..it would now be in the front...use this anytime u want to bring something to the forefront.)***

Now, let's add some other items to start adding depth and dimension to our tag! The first thing we want to do, is place papers on parts of our template. The following is where your papers should be: paper 14 on rasters 1 and 9, paper 4 on rasters 4 and 5, paper 8 on rasters 2, 12, and 13, paper 9 on rasters 6, 10, and 11, paper 7 on raster 7, and paper 6 on raster 8.

The next thing we want to do is to start adding our elements to make this tag come to life!! First off, let's add our gorgeous tube; find and open the Springtime tube by Alex_prihodko, making sure she is in her green dress...reduce her by 40% and place her centered at the bottom of the tag. Now go back to the original poser and erase or cut off all but her head...copy and paste and reduce it by 80% and place it in the left square. Using the effects menu make the image vignette..then add the fine canvas texture to the pic, and the canvas small texture to the square the pic is on.

Next, find and open the el 17 the cats in the hat and reduce it by 80% and place on the bottom right corner, in the forefront. Next, find and open the el 66 the tree with purple beads and reduce it by 30% and place it on the left bottom, behind the pic layer...repeat this process with the el 53 the green one. Next, find and open the el 67 the tree with the pink balls and also decrease it to the same size as the others and place this one in front, and flip it horizontally.

Next, find and open the el 15 the grass and leaving the size as is place it on the very bottom layer at the bottom right of the tag; duplicate it and flip it horizontally and place on the bottom left. Next, find and open the el 2 pink scattered petals and reduce it by 50% and place it on the bottom right on top of the grass; duplicate and flip it horizontally and place on the left. Next, find and open the el 35 plant and reduce it by 80% and place on the bottom right behind the cats. Next, find and open the el 12 purple flowers and reduce it by 90% and place at the bottom left...repeat with el 11 the pink flowers and place them on the left of the purple ones.

Next, find and open the el 46 the purple bow and reduce it by 80% and place it angled on the top right corner. Next, find and open the el 60 the pink stone and reduce it by 90% and place it in the center of the bow. Next, find and open the el 13 the pink blossoms and reduce it by 20% and place on the top left corner, with the bottom behind the pic. Next, find and open the el 3 fence and leaving the size as is, place it at the bottom behind the tube and decorations.

Next, find and open the el 70 the pink bee and reduce it by 95% and place it on the bottom left in the green plant. Next, find and open the el 53 the pink star and reduce it by 90% and place it on the top left side, above the pic. Next, find and open the el 41 the pink butterfly and reduce it by 85% and place it on the top right..flip it horizontally. Next, find and open the el 10 the green flower and reduce it by 95% and place it on the top right.

Lastly, add 3D drop shadows wherever you would like them to be. Make sure at this point that you add the copyright information (VERY IMPORTANT)!!

You did it! You now have finished this tag. Finally, add a name in any font and color of your choosing. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
