CT TUT for Hania's Design - Snow White scrap kit!

CT PTU Tut for the Snow White scrap kit by Hania's Design, which was made to match the Daisy tube by Celinart!

Materials Needed

The Snow White scrap kit by Hania's Design, which can be purchased at Hania's shop HERE

The Daisy tube by Celinart, which can be purchased at the CP shop HERE

Template - # 179 by Addictive Templates, which can be downloaded on the blog HERE

Mask - AR315Mask144, by Creative Misfits, which can be downloaded on their blog HERE

PSP - I am using X5, but any should do

***This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP***

Okay, let's begin. The first thing you want to do is open the template from Addictive Templates. Then, let's create our mask. Open whatever mask you choose to use; I have chosen a mask by Creative Misfits. Okay, in Paint Shop Pro (PSP) click FILE>OPEN>and open the mask you have chosen, then start a new image FILE>NEW>700x700 and transparent needs to be checked. Choose a royal blue gradient, and flood fill the new image. Now go to the top layers menu and click NEW MASK LAYER> from image...a pop up opens..click on the title of the mask you chose in the drop down menu. Now go back to the side layers menu and click on the square that has the layers combined...right click it then click merge..the merge group..and voila..you have a mask layer now! :) Just copy and paste it to the tag, reduce the size by 60%, and place on the top left...duplicate it...duplicate again and place center top right...duplicate...duplicate again and place top right...duplicate and keep doing so and moving it around until you have mask in all areas where you would like it.

***(NOTE: there is a layers menu on the right side of your screen..if u do not see it then look up top and click VIEW>PALETTES>LAYERS and it will open up...u use this layer to bring things to the front..say for example u put a shoe on the tag but it went behind a bucket and u want it in front of the bucket...while holding the left click button on your mouse or touch pad down, you would slide the shoe to the layer the bucket is on..it would now be in the front...use this anytime u want to bring something to the forefront.)***

The next thing we want to do is to start adding our elements to make this tag come to life!! First, we need to put our papers and filters to our template. The papers should be as follows: paper 9 and rasters 6 and 8, paper 14 on rasters 2 and 5, and paper 10 on rasters 3 and 7...leave all other layers as they are.

Next, find and open the Daisy tube's Snow White layer. Copy and paste her to the tag...reduce her size by 30% and center her on the tag. Now go back to the tube and copy and paste it to the right circle...decrease size and move around until you are happy with what is showing..then invert it. Use a screen blend mode.

Next, find and open the el 54, and reduce it by 35%, and place it in the bottom left corner. Next, find and open the el 122, and leaving the size as is, place it on the bottom right...duplicate it and move this one a bit more over to the right. Next, find and open the el 63, and reduce it by 65%, and place it on the bottom right. Next, find and open the el 51 and reduce it by 55%, and place it on the bottom left, under the chest. Next, find and open the el 02 and reduce it by 45%, and place it on the top left.

Next, find and open the el 68, and reduce it by 25%, and place it on the top right. Next, find and open the el 28, and reduce it by 65%, and place it on the bottom left. Next, find and open the el 49, and reduce it by 75%, and place it on the bottom right. Next, find and open the el 131, and reduce it by 80%, and place it on the bottom right, across the yellow bar. Next, find and open the el 99, and leaving the size as is, place it on the top left.

Next, find and open the el 58, and reduce it by 70%, place it on the mirror...erase the first word...duplicate the first and place it above the other one. Next, find and open the el 103, and reduce it by 85%, and place it on the bottom left. Next, find and open the el 111, and reduce it by 90%, and place it on the bottom left of the pillow. Next, find and open the el 56, and reduce it by 70%, and place it on the bottom right.

Next, find and open the el 141 and reduce it by 40%, and place on the left of the stems on the yellow shrooms. Next, find and open the el 96, and reduce it by 75%, and place it on the right, to the left of the poison. Next, find and open the el 43, and leaving the size as is, and place angled on the top left. Next, find and open the el 12, and reduce it by 80%, and place it on the bottom left.

Next, find and open the el 98 and reduce it by 25%, and place it on the top right. Next, find and open the el 123, and reduce it by 60%, and place it on the bottom right. Next, find and open the el 124, and reduce it by 70%, and place it on the bottom right, behind el 123. Next, find and open the el 132, and leaving the size as is, and place it top center behind the tube. Next, find and open el 77, and reduce it by 75%, and place it on the bottom right, behind the poisons.

Next, find and open the el 140, and reduce it by 85%, and place it on the bottom right, on the rock wall. Next, find and open the el 62, and reduce it by 35%, and place it on the right side. Next, find and open the el 14, and reduce it by 85%, and place it on the right side, on top of el 62. Next, find and open the el 33, and leaving the size as is, place it behind the tube in the red square...duplicate and place on the left side of tube in the square.

Next find and open the el 30, and reduce it by 65%, and place it on the left side, in the black square. Next find and open the el 31, and reduce it by 90%, and place it by the poison. Next find and open the el 137, and reduce it by 40%, and place it on the mirror...duplicate it 3 times, reduce it by 20% more and place sporadically on the tag where you like.

Lastly, add 3D drop shadows wherever you would like them to be....I like these settings: 2V 1H 70 op, 4B. Make sure at this point that you add the copyright information (VERY IMPORTANT)!!

You did it! You now have finished this tag. Finally, add a name in any font and color of your choosing. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
