CT PTU TUT for the Meow tube by Pandora Creations and the S&CO Cat Lover's Collab!

Materials Needed

The Meow tube by Pandora Creations, which you get FREE with any $5 S&CO shop purchase HERE

The S&CO May Cat Lover's Collab, which you get FREE with any $10 S&CO shop purchase HERE

Mask #86, by me, which you can download HERE

PSP - I am using X5, but any should do

**This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of basic functions in PSP. This tutorial is a creation of my own, and any similarities are purely coincidental. Okay, let's begin! Let's create our mask layer! For this tag, I used a mask that I created, mask #86. Okay, open the mask...then, create a new image 800x800, with a transparent back. For this mask I used paper #10 by P-O Concept...copy and paste it to the new image. Go to top and click LAYERS>NEW MASK LAYER>FROM IMAGE...choose mask...then merge group. I increased this mask by 10%, and centered it on the tag.

Open el 35 by Bibi's Collection, leaving the size as is, place it on the bottom right..D and FH and place bottom left...D both and move back from the others.

Open the Meow tube with the following layers: hair 1, raster 8 ears, raster 9 bracelet, rasters 11, 15, and 18 leg covers, raster 23 suit, raster 33 suit, raster 35 necklace, raster 36 cat eyes, raster 37 girl, raster 40 tail, and rasters 4-43. Copy and paste to the bottom of the tag, reducing by 25%.

Open el 17 by P-O Concept, reducing by 40%, place it on the bottom left, behind the walkway.

Open el 32, by P-O Concept, leaving the size as is, place on the right, behind the walkway layer.

Open el 1 by Bibi's Collection, leaving the size as is, place on the bottom right, in front of the tube.

Open el 7 by Bibi's Collection, reducing by 40%, place it on the left side, on mask layer.

Open el 39 by P-O Concept, reducing by 60%, place bottom left, front of the tube.

Open el 55 by P-O concept, reducing by 70%, place bottom left, front of the plant.

Open el 18 by Bibi's Collection, leaving the size as is, place on the left top, on the mask layer, halfway hidden behind the tube.

Open el 33 by P-O Concept, reduce by 30%, and place on the right side.

Open el 16 by Bibi's Collection, reducing 80%, place on the bottom left, angled on the books.

Open el 16 by P-O Concept, reducing by 60%, place on the top left, behind the plant.

Open el 25 by Ginnibug Designz, reduce 90%, place bottom right, in front of cat.

Open el 37 by Ginnibug Designz, reducing 85%, place bottom left, on books.

Open el 29 by Ginnibug Designz, reduce 70%, place bottom around on the open walkway areas.

Open el 44 by P-O Concept, reducing by 90%, place bottom right, front of cat.

Open el 47 by P-O Concept, reduce 70%, place in the top left corner.

Open the MEOW word art by Tweets, leaving the size as is, place on the tube layer.

Lastly, add 3D drop shadows on whatever elements you would like them on. I like these settings: 2V 1H 70 op, 4B. Make sure at this point that you add copyright info for the tube artist..you can also add info for the scrap maker if the tube maker's TOU allows. Make sure you check TOU's!
