PSP - I am using X5, but any should do

**This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of basic functions in PSP. This tutorial is a creation of my own, and any similarities are purely coincidental. If you make something with one of my tuts or templates, please email it to me at robynebutts@gmail.com  and I will post it her on my blog!

Okay, let's begin! Let's create our mask layer! Open whatever mask you chose, I chose a mask I created. Now create a new image 800x800, with a transparent back. Now for this mask, I used a paper instead of flood-filling; so open paper 1, and copy and paste it to the new image. Now, go to the top layers menu and click NEW MASK LAYER>FROM IMAGE..a pop up opens...click on the title of the mask you chose in the drop-down menu. Merge visible layers, then copy and paste it to the tag. Re-size and move as needed...for this one, I left the size as is, but I duplicated it and flipped it horizontally.

Now, open el 21, reduce 25%, place on left side.

Open el 5, reduce 45%, place right side, behind el 21.

Open el 30, reduce 65%, place bottom left.

Open the full-view of the tube, reduce 35%, place bottom right.

Copy and paste tube to top right corner on mask layer, reduce to fit, erasing extra...invert, add screen blend mode.

Open el 2, reduce 30%, place top right of tower..D and FH and move this one down and to the right of the first one.

Open el 41, reduce 75%, place bottom right under tube...keep duplicating and moving till full.

Open el 10, reduce 70%, place bottom left under bridge...keep duplicating and moving upwards.

Open el 26, reduce 60%, place top left on the tower. 1

Open el 39, reduce 70%, place bottom right under tube, on top of leaves...D and FH.

Open el 3, reduce 25%, place top center, behind tower.

Open el 4, reduce 60%, FH and place bottom right.

Open el 19, reduce 80%, place center on rock wall.

Open el 13, leaving the size as is, place on mask layer..D and FH.

Open el 15, reduce 80%, place bottom left.

Open el 22, reduce 75%, place bottom left on other leaves..keep duplicating and moving til you are happy with it.

Open el 9, reduce 70%, place on tower..D, and place on rock wall.

Open el 37, reduce 80%, place bottom right corner, place 1/2 hidden by leaves.

Open el 14, reduce 90%, place bottom right, on top of el 37.

Open el 6, reduce 95%, place top center on the branch.

Open 34, leaving the size as is, and place on the tower.

Open el 47, reduce 70%, place top left...D and FH.

Open el 49, reduce 75%, place in top right corner.

Open el 44, reduce 70%, place bottom left on leaves..D, FH, and place on the right.

Open el 11, reduce 85%, place bottom left on bridge..D and reduce 10% more and move to the right.

Open el 35, reduce 40%, place left on bottom 1/2 of the tower.

Open el 2, reduce 70%, place bottom left on the bridge..D and move to the right...D again and move more to the right.

Lastly, add 3D drop shadows on whatever elements you would like them on. I like these settings: 2V 1H 70 op, 4B. Make sure at this point that you add copyright info for the tube artist..you can also add info for the scrap maker if the tube maker's TOU allows. Make sure you check TOU's!

You did it! You have completed this tut! Now you can add personalization to your creation! I hope you enjoyed this tutorial; if you did, please follow my blog, and pass it on to others! Also, please email your creations with my tuts or templates, and I will happily display them here on my blog (robynebutts@gmail.com)!

Hugz and Blessings,
Robyne'
