CT PTU TUT for the Rasta Gothic tube by Andy Cooper, and the Rasta Gothic kit by Designz by Sue!

Materials Needed

The Rasta Gothic tube by Andy Cooper, which can be purchased at S&CO  HERE

The Rasta Gothic scrap kit by Designz by Sue, which can also be purchased at S&CO  HERE

Template 25, made by me, which you can download  HERE

PSP - I am using X5, but any should do

**This tutorial assumes that you have a working knowledge of basic functions in PSP. This tutorial is a creation of my own, and any similarities are purely coincidental. If you make something with one of my tuts or templates, please email it to me at robynebutts@gmail.com  and I will post it her on my blog!

Okay, let's begin! First, we need to open the template #25, and add papers to it. The papers should be on the template as follows: paper 17 on the word art, paper 16 on rasters 8, C8, and 2, paper 9 on rasters 3, C3, 7, C7, paper 14 on rasters 9, and C9, paper 17 on rasters 6, C6, 4, C4, 5, 12, and C12.

Now, open the full-view of the Rasta Gothic tube, reduce her by 25%, and place centered on the tag. Go back to the tube and open the close-up layer, reduce to fit the black diamond shape on the top left and invert. Copy and paste to the right black diamond shape...FH and reduce to fit, then invert. Add a different texture to each close up.

Now, let's create our mask layer! For this tag I used a mask that was in the kit, so open el 36, reduce by 60%, and keep duplicating and placing anywhere you like on the background layer of the tag.

Open el 56, leave the size as is, place across the diagonal pink bar.

Open el 49, reduce to fit behind the circles...D each 3 times to make them show up darker.

Open el 48, leave the size as is, place on the bottom left...FH.

Open el 29, leave the size as is, place on the top right corner of the striped square...D FH and place on the top left corner.

Open el 10, reduce to fit, the black squares behind the close ups of the tube.

Open el 25, reduce 80%, place on the bottom right corner...FH.

Open el 1, reduce 70%, place bottom right, in front of the bear.

Open el 3, reduce 90%, place on bottom left of tube.

Open el 7, reduce 85%, place on bottom of the top of the right circles.

Open el 17, reduce 85%, place on bottom left on circles.

Open el 63, reduce 10%, place across the center of the tag.

Open el 43, reduce 90%, place on the top right, on razor blades layer.

Open el 65, reduce 80%, place on the left top of the bottom circle.

Open el 15, reduce 80%, place on bottom, to the left of cupcake.

Open el 8, reduce 85%, place on the top left, by the tube.

Open el 62, reduce 40%, place in both of the dark center circles.

Open el 24, reduce 85%, place on bottom left, by the skull.

Lastly, add 3D drop shadows on whatever elements you would like them on. I like these settings: 2V 1H 70 op, 4B. Make sure at this point that you add copyright info for the tube artist..you can also add info for the scrap maker if the tube maker's TOU allows. Make sure you check TOU's!

You did it! You have completed this tut! Now you can add personalization to your creation! I hope you enjoyed this tutorial; if you did, please follow my blog, and pass it on to others! Also, please email your creations with my tuts or templates, and I will happily display them here on my blog (robynebutts@gmail.com)!

Hugz and Blessings,
Robyne'
